FOH Basics
Your Front of House Manager will co-ordinate all lobby activities and see to the needs of patrons. A responsible adult must be designated in advance; he or she must review the information provided, supervise ushers, liaise with box office staff and consult with technicians.

Box Office Basics
Your Box Office Staff will sell tickets and address patron inquiries. The information they require in order to answer questions about your event should be prepared in advance and made readily available.

Ushers: The Basics
Three ushers are required (one for each front theatre entrance and one for the side theatre entrance). Your ushers will assist patrons to their seats and remain on alert for any emergency situation which may arise.
